International Workplace Group has signed leases for the spaces, located from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs, as demand for flexible working space rises in the Denver metro area. The new spaces will primarily be branded as Regus, with one branded HQ. The openings will bring IWG’s portfolio of flexible workspaces in Colorado to more than 50. “An important business hub, with nine Fortune 500 organiza- tions headquartered in the state, Colorado is a fantastic place for us to boost our expansion plans as the need for high-quality flex- ible workspaces continues to soar, as hybrid working becomes the new normal,” said Mark Dixon, IWG CEO and founder. “Our new openings in Colorado come at a time when more and more companies are discovering that flexible and platform working is incredibly popular with employ- ees, improving their work-life balance and satisfaction, while also providing a multitude of benefits to companies.” IWG recently opened four Regus centers, located at 1635 Foxtail Drive in Loveland, 155 E. Boardwalk Drive in Fort Col- lins, 455 Sherman St. in Denver, and 1155 Kelly Johnson Blvd. in Colorado Springs. The company will open an additional Regus- branded center at 8450 E. Cres- cent Parkway in Greenwood Vil- lage in January, respectively. The HQ center, located at 7655 W. Mississippi Ave. in Lakewood, will open in March. The new centers will include private offices, meeting rooms, and coworking and creative spaces, and will serve established firms and startups in some of the state’s top industries, includ- ing financial services, technology and information, tourism, health and wellness, and more. IWG’s Design Your Own Office services allows companies to tailor their spaces to their needs. “Our workplace model is prov- en to increase productivity and allows for a business to scale up or down at significantly reduced costs while providing access to thousands of locations,” Dixon said. IWG added a record number of locations globally in the first half of 2025, signing leases for 496 centers. The openings represent the most new locations signed and opened in any 6-month peri- od during IWG’s first decade of operations. At the same time, the group experienced its highest- ever revenue, cash flow and earn- ings growth. IWG operates more than 4,000 workspaces in more than 120 countries, offering members access to all locations and busi- ness services. Its brands include Regus, HQ, Spaces, and Signa- ture. The group opened 899 cen- ters in 2024. s IWG adds 6 Regus and HQ workplaces in Colorado market by Avalon Jacka DENVER – A Texas-based assurance, accounting and advi- sory firm expanded into the Colo- rado market with a new office in the central business district.
